DVInfraSsh class final

How to reach a host over SSH, and which key it must present.

Not in the specification's example, which has no way to say which host key is the right one. Without that the first connection trusts whatever answers, so the manifest names a known_hosts file checked in beside it and nothing connects to a host that file does not pin.
