DVBillable class sealed

Whether a good is digital or physical, declared rather than guessed.

A classifier that guessed from a model's fields would be wrong in both directions: a physical good sent through a store loses its commission on a margin that cannot carry it, and a digital good sent through a gateway is a rejected submission.
