DVGraphQLLimits class
The budget every GraphQL operation is checked against before any resolver
runs (dartvel.api.graphql in pubspec.yaml).
A budget left null is auto: derived from the registered schema rather
than guessed, so it moves when the model graph does. See
DVGraphQL.autoMaxDepth and DVGraphQL.autoMaxCost for what each derives.
