DVSwitchControlSettings get settings

Which keys the reader's switches send.

Beside the on switch rather than on a widget, because every page carries switch control now and no page wraps itself in anything. A reader whose switch is not Space has one place to say so, and it holds for the whole application rather than for the pages somebody remembered.
