Where stored documents are read from instead of DV.Database, or null.

A web app served by its own server (DVAuth.servedByOwnServer) reads them from that server when nothing is set here: Studio publishes into the server's database, and DV.Database in the browser is another one, where nothing is ever published. Set for a test, or for an app whose pages come from somewhere else.
