Map<String, DVCloudWorkerOs> const dvCloudTargets

The worker operating system each target builds on.

Every target here is one dartvel build finishes on that worker, with the toolchains it installs for itself or the worker image provides. A target whose local build skips is left out rather than queued: webOS's embedder bundles a Dart below Dartvel's floor, Fuchsia's is older still, and the terminal embedder builds for Linux alone.
