sensitiveColumns property

@override Set<String> get sensitiveColumns

The columns an outcome must not carry back.

Required rather than defaulted to empty, so a remote cannot forget silently: after lastWriteWins the record an outcome carries can be another writer's values, and answering with it whole hands the device fields it never sent and may not be allowed to read. An empty default would make that the behaviour of every remote nobody thought about.
