DVOfflineRemote class abstract

Where replayed mutations go.

apply must be idempotent by DVMutation.mutationId: replay resends a mutation whose acknowledgement was lost, and the resend must not be a second write. A thrown error is transient — the connection dropped — and stops replay so later writes are not sent ahead of it; a permanent refusal is returned as DVRemoteOutcome.rejected.
