DVOfflineStorePrivacyAdapter class

The erasure and export of one device's offline copy.

A local store holds the subject's rows and, in its mutation log, writes not yet sent — both are the subject's data. The server cannot run this on a device; the application runs it there, and until it has, that copy has not been erased.
