IdempotentExpressionCacheFilterStrategy class final

Caches the results of idempotent predicates (no now(), random(), … and no references) for one batch of evaluations.

Port of IdempotentExpressionCacheFilterStrategy; the dependency graph uses a fresh one per batch when predicate caching is on.
