AndroidConfig class final

Android configuration for DcbCMakeBuilder.

Uses the NDK's CMake toolchain file for cross-compilation. The NDK ships its own clang toolchain and libc++, so no separate compiler selection is needed.

By default, libc++ is statically linked (c++_static). When multiple native .so libraries coexist in the same APK, consider switching to c++_shared to reduce APK size and avoid duplicated C++ runtime state. Note: using c++_shared requires the shared library to be packaged into the APK (AGP handles this automatically when using externalNativeBuild).
