Sender class
A stateful HPKE sender context for multi-message encryption.
Each call to seal encrypts a message using an auto-incrementing nonce, ensuring unique ciphertexts even for identical plaintexts.
The corresponding Receiver must process messages in the same order they were sealed.

dispose(
) → void - Wipes the keys of this context held in Rust memory. Every later use of the sender throws a StateError, and disposing it again does nothing. Without a dispose, the keys are only wiped if the garbage collector finalizes the sender, which is not guaranteed.
