Receiver class
A stateful HPKE receiver context for multi-message decryption.
Each call to open decrypts a message using an auto-incrementing nonce. Messages must be provided in the same order they were sealed by the corresponding Sender.

dispose(
) → void - Wipes the keys of this context held in Rust memory. Every later use of the receiver throws a StateError, and disposing it again does nothing. Without a dispose, the keys are only wiped if the garbage collector finalizes the receiver, which is not guaranteed.
