How long each worker isolate may reuse a value read from the process store before asking the coordinator again (CACHE_PROCESS_L1_TTL, e.g. 250ms). Zero (the default) disables the near cache.

Entries the process store keeps for the whole server (CACHE_PROCESS_MAX_ENTRIES, 10 000); the least recently used go first, silently. Raise it when the store holds many keys that must not be lost before they expire (revoked tokens, counters per client), or move those to a persistent store.
