dRocketWeb function

void dRocketWeb({

Top-level registration helper. Call once at app startup before any WebDb.open call. Idempotent — calling it twice replaces the previously registered engine with a fresh WebEngine (the EngineRegistry only holds one slot).

The optional config is passed to the WebEngine. If null, the engine uses WebEngineConfig(databaseName: 'd_rocket') and version 1.
