CxHttpClient class

An http.BaseClient wrapper that instruments every request with RUM telemetry.

The response body stream is fully buffered so that telemetry can observe it. The original bytes are preserved and forwarded to the caller unchanged. Only text-based responses (JSON, HTML, XML, plain text) are decoded for payload capture — binary responses are never decoded, matching the Android SDK.
