checksDepth property
Whether a PNG deeper than 8 bits per channel is refused at all.
False only for Apple's creative assets, where nothing stands under the
rule: Apple publishes no depth for them, and the 16-bit refusal
appStoreImageRules rests on was observed on a screenshot set, through
an ingestion pipeline the App Asset Library does not share. Carrying it
over would be the rule-with-no-failure-under-it that
docs/design/store-image-rules.md declines to enforce. depthRule still
says why, so the decision is readable where the rules are.
