CsvRecord class

One parsed record, with the line its first field started on.

The line is carried rather than reconstructed from the record's index: a quoted value may span newlines and a blank line is not a record, so "index + 1" is wrong for every row after the first of either. A 175 KB CSV is not a file anybody reads top to bottom, so a problem that cannot be located is a problem nobody fixes.
