List<CrossmintJsonMap> crossmintRecoveryMethodMaps(CrossmintWallet wallet)

Every recovery method on the wallet, newest contract first.

Reads config.recoveryMethods and falls back to wrapping the deprecated config.adminSigner for responses that predate the list or send the list empty.
