DeltaSink<D> class
abstract
Collects the positional effects of applying operations, one delta of type
D at a time.
Passed to CacheableStateProvider.incrementCachedState. A handler writes
to it what the operation did to the value anyone can see; the document
turns that into the events of DeltaProvider.watch. The parameter is
null whenever nobody is watching, so a handler that never checks it
still works — it simply reports nothing.
