RecordAudioRecorderBackend class
Mic-backed AudioRecorderBackend using the record package.
Uses file WAV capture (not PCM stream). On macOS, startStream +
echo-cancel / sample-rate conversion often produces zero chunks with no
error — file recording via AVCapture is reliable there.
