CPDFAnnotationRegistry class annotations

Registry that maps CPDFAnnotationType to concrete CPDFAnnotation implementations.

Use fromJson to create the right annotation subtype based on the type field in the JSON map. If the type is unknown, it falls back to CPDFAnnotation.fromJson.
