joinedAt in epoch seconds for sessionID, taken from the call cached by initiateCall / acceptCall.

Android Reference: CallManager.getInstance().getInitialCall().getJoinedAt(), which yields 0 when no initial call is cached. 0 is a meaningful value — the caller has not joined the session yet — and is still sent.
