getPinnedMessagesLimit static method

int? getPinnedMessagesLimit()

Max user-pinned messages per conversation (features.ux.messages.pinned.limit on the /me payload).

null = the backend never served the cap — the server still enforces its own limit and rejects the excess call with ERR_PINNED_MESSAGES_LIMIT_EXCEEDED (whose errorParams carry the authoritative limit), so treat this as a display hint, not a gate.
