VoConfig class abstract

Blueprint contract for app-level configuration.

Extends the colveor_ui ui.VoConfig (app name, routing, feedback, phone input defaults) with API, auth and Firebase settings. Implement this in app/config/app_config.dart and pass it to ColveorApp.
