Generates a formatted string with a newline, indentation, and an arrow symbol.
This utility function creates a string that starts with a newline character,
followed by a specified number of tab characters for indentation, and
then an arrow symbol └─-➜. It's typically used for formatting CLI output.
tabs The number of tab characters to use for indentation. Defaults to 3.
Returns a formatted string for CLI output.
