HeadingBlock class
Renders a heading display block as a styled, non-answerable title.
The heading level ('h1' | 'h2' | 'h3') controls the font size and weight, and the configured alignment is honoured. Display blocks are not wrapped in the answer/validation chrome used by input questions.
