CindelFlutterLibsWeb class

Web plugin registration for the Cindel runtime assets package.

The Cindel public API lives in package:cindel/cindel.dart. This plugin exists so Flutter Web includes the packaged Worker, JavaScript glue, and Wasm runtime assets from cindel_flutter_libs.
