ConditionalEvent class
Specified the configuration of an event in a SamplingEventTrigger.
The condition is a key-value map of values that can be checked in
the Datum.equivalentTo method.
This equivalentTo method must be implemented for each Datum used
in a SamplingEventTrigger.
