repairKeyLabel function

KeyColors? repairKeyLabel(KeyColors k, ContrastPolicy policy, List<int> backgrounds)

Re-solves k's label on its (opaque) face to policy; moves the face as well when the label alone cannot reach it. Null for translucent faces that fail.
