Classes

CreateIndex: Create an index on a table if it doesn't already exists
DropColumn: SQLite doesn't have a catch-all drop column command. On migrate, the provider can search for columns prefixed by _should_drop and generate a statement that includes the schema of the full table to be ALTERed.
DropIndex: Drop index from DB if it exists
DropTable: Drop table from DB if it exists
InsertColumn: Creates a new SQLite column in a table
InsertForeignKey: Create a foreign key column to reference another table
InsertTable: Insert table if it doesn't already exist
Migratable: Annotation required by the generator for AOT discoverability. Decorates classes that extends Migration.
