ElicitationRequest class

A typed builder for the standard (form-mode) elicitation request params.

Produces the spec ElicitRequest.params shape: { message, requestedSchema: { type: "object", properties, required } }. Pass toJson to Server.requestClientElicitation. Additive over the raw-map path.
