ResourceContentInfo extension type

2.x's ResourceContentInfo: resource contents with either text or blob (base64). A type as well as a constructor, so 2.x code that names it (List<ResourceContentInfo>) keeps compiling; the value is the TextResourceContents or BlobResourceContents itself.
