OpenSslAllocator const opensslAllocator

An ffi.Allocator backed by BoringSSL's OPENSSL_malloc and OPENSSL_free.

BoringSSL's OPENSSL_free automatically scrubs every allocation with OPENSSL_cleanse before returning memory to the OS heap.
