APIIsolatePool compressionIsolatePool

The APIIsolatePool of the large compression encodings (APIBrotli.encodeAsync, APIGZip.encodeAsync, encodeContentAsync): long-lived workers (e.g., the Brotli encoder tables are initialized once per worker), and at most APIIsolatePool.maxIsolates concurrent encodings (the others wait). Shared by Brotli and GZip.

One pool per isolate (e.g., per APIServerWorker). Can be replaced (close the previous one).
