isolateCheckPingTimeout property
The timeout of an Isolate check.
The exit of a spawned isolate is detected by its onExit/onError
ports. When the VM service is enabled, the spawned isolate is also
checked periodically, through the VM service getIsolate RPC, for a
pause at exit (--pause-isolates-on-exit), which delays the onExit
message until the isolate is resumed. This is the timeout of that
request: a request that times out (for example, under load) is not
taken as an exit, the check is just retried later.
(Until 1.2.x it was the timeout of an Isolate.ping, and a ping timeout was taken as an exit.)
