groupByHour method

GroupedNotifications groupByHour(
  1. int hour
)

Groups notifications by reason and reasonSubject, additionally bucketed by hour of wall-clock time.

Uses the official grouping default. For the legacy behavior with hourly bucketing, call group(by: GroupBy.hour(hour), config: const NotificationsGrouperConfig.lenient()) instead.

Available hour range is from 1 to 23 (include), otherwise it always throws RangeError.
