FxHeadersInterceptor class

Adds enterprise-oriented headers on every outbound request.

Generates fresh X-Request-Id, X-Correlation-Id, and X-Client-Trace-Id per HTTP call. Set FxRequestExtras.idempotencyKey in Options.extra when the backend expects an idempotency token for mutating calls.
