BloomNativeEditableList class

A native List with SwiftUI selection, EditButton, delete, and reorder UI.

Rows keep their stable IDs as selection and mutation payloads. Supply callbacks for the editing operations the app supports; the caller updates rows after a delete or move. Controlled selection requires both selectedIds and onSelectionChanged.
