abandonedInvocationCount property
Timed-out invocations whose bookkeeping the underlying hub still holds.
invoke gives up on its deadline, but signalr_netcore exposes no cancel
for a non-streaming invocation: the entry stays in the hub's callback map
until the connection drops and completes everything outstanding with an
error. One is negligible; a hub method that reliably never answers leaks
one per call for the life of the connection.
This package cannot reclaim them, so it makes them visible instead. A count that climbs and never falls back to zero identifies a hub method that is not completing. Always 0 on the raw WebSocket transport.
