MethodChannelAwsLocation class

Android and iOS implementation, talking to the native plugin classes (AwsLocationServicePlugin) that wrap the Amazon Location Mobile SDKs.

Wire format: dates are milliseconds since the epoch (UTC); positions are maps with latitude, longitude, sampleTime and optional receivedTime, accuracy and deviceId.
