deliveryStreamStatus property
The status of the delivery stream. If the status of a delivery stream is
CREATING_FAILED, this status doesn't change, and you can't
invoke CreateDeliveryStream again on it. However, you can
invoke the DeleteDeliveryStream operation to delete it.
