Whether this is a passkey identifier verification failure that can be retried on the same session, typically because a one-time code was wrong.

When true, re-collect the codes for passkeyVerificationRequired and call Auth0Web.getTokenByPasskey again with the same credential and passkeyAuthSession. When false, restart the signup with Auth0Web.passkeySignupChallenge.
