at_utils
at_utils is the Utility library for Atsign Protocol projects. It contains utility classes for atsign, atmetadata, configuration and logger.
Upgrading from 3.x: the io logging handlers, PseudoServerSocket and ApplicationConfiguration are in package:at_utils/at_utils_io.dart; see Upgrading to at_client 4.0.
