AtLookupSecureSocketFactory class
Opens the raw TLS socket SecondaryUrlFinder asks the atDirectory over.
Not an AtTransportFactory: the atDirectory exchange is a line protocol
this class writes and reads directly, and it carries its
SecureSocketConfig per call rather than per factory. It moves to
at_lookup_io.dart with the finder it serves.
