KeyEntryStatus.of constructor

const KeyEntryStatus.of(String value)

A status token read from an advertising record, whatever it says.

Accepts anything: the type separates an advertising status from the keyfile's CryptographicMaterialStatus, which shares two of its spellings and means something different. It is not a membership check.
