isRunning property

@override bool get isRunning

Whether the body is running or its children are still finishing.

Still true while the core cleans up after the body: the outcome is decided by then, but the job has not finished. For a branch of JobContext.runAll not even that much — a branch is held until the group decides, and until then its outcome is not settled at all.
