Tracing of the job lifecycle for debugging; null by default.

Every job reports here, one made by an engine included: the start, a cancellation, an error and where it went, the outcome and a value handed over. A job of Job.deferred also reports the first read of done or value while nobody has started it: a wait for such a job does not end until somebody starts or cancels it.

Job.debug = print;

An engine prints its own side elsewhere — solo, for example, puts the queue, the state and the closing into Solo.debug. To follow both sides, set both.
