ArcoCol class

Arco 栅格列。

对应官方 components/Grid/style/col.less：flex: 0 0 (100% / 24) * span。每个断点（xs ~ xxxl）可传 int（等价 span）或 ArcoColConfig，较大断点的配置会覆盖较小断点。
