SsoCancelledException class

Thrown when the user dismisses the sign-in sheet without completing it.

Worth catching separately: an abandoned sign-in is a normal thing for a user to do and usually should not surface as an error.

An AppstraxException like every other error this SDK raises. It used to implement Exception directly, so on AppstraxException - the obvious way to catch everything the SDK throws - missed the single most common one.
